With registration comes a fully-supported ride and post-ride Finish Festival with a complimentary lunch and beverage for every participant. During the ride, we’ll have aid stations stocked with snacks, hydration, first aid supplies, and more goodies. On course we’ll have mechanical and medical support for all participants.

Our iconic Finish Festival aims to pamper riders in many ways, with complimentary food, drinks, wellness activities, facials, local vendors, music, shopping, and more! Each registered participant and volunteer will get a complimentary lunch and beverage. Our festival is open from 11am-4pm.

Yes! We encourage all riders to invite their friends and family members to join us at the festival!

Each participant will be assigned a unique number with registration. Your number will be printed and included in your packet to be worn on your person or displayed prominently on your bike during event day. In the event of a medical emergency, this will be our primary way to note any allergies or other medical issues you have and to contact your emergency contact. It is strictly prohibited to give your assigned bib number to another participant.

We will offer packet pickup options at local bike shops as well as at Bohn Park the morning of the ride. Packets at bike shops will be available approx. 1 week prior to the event. If you choose to pickup at Bohn Park, please plan to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before your start time to do so.

You will need athletic shoes or bike shoes, a form of ID, cash or credit card for the festival, and a positive, upbeat attitude! If you are riding, you will also need a working bike, a helmet—no exceptions—and water bottles. It is recommend that you bring clothing layers, cycling gloves, and spare tubes for your tires. Please note, headphones are not permitted at any time on the ride courses.

Yes. Venus de Miles allows Class 1 and Class 2 electric bikes (low-speed pedal-assisted electric bicycles).

Participants under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian and be able to complete the course in its entirety without requiring additional support. On the courses, attached tagalong and trailer bikes are permissible however all participants must be registered. For the safety of you, your child, and other participants, burleys and similar carriers are not permitted.

Yes, there will be a gear check for your convenience near the registration tent at Bohn Park. Your gear will be associated with your bib number. Volunteers will assist in checkout and pickup when you return from your ride.

We ask that riders commit to a course length at least one week prior to the day of the event. This helps us plan our rest stops accordingly with food and water, as well as have appropriate safety measures in place for each course.

If you know in advance you’d like to switch courses, simply email info@venusdemiles.com and we will be happy to switch you.

Of course, on event day if you need to switch during the ride due to fatigue or other safety reasons, it's completely okay to do so. We encourage all riders to study the All Routes Map for this reason.

Venus de Miles is a rain or shine event, so we'll get wet together! In the event of severe weather, we will work with local medical and safety experts to make a call that is in your best interest. Your safety will always be our top priority.

Venus de Miles is a non-refundable event. You can, however, transfer your registration to a friend by logging into your RaceRoster account and click the "Transfer Request" button on the left side menu. Select your name from the first drop down menu and then input your friend’s email address in the second box that pops up. Your friend will receive an email providing them with a link to complete their registration. The price you paid for your original registration will be credited to your friend's new registration. Your friend will not be able to select a new course option, but they can contact us to change that for them if needed. Please email us with any other questions at info@venusdemiles.com.
